Delivered PriceMORE SHIPPING INFORMATION
Meadow Decor Inc. prices reflect a delivered to door price. A minimum order of $2500.00 will qualify you for free freight. If you submit an order below Min. $2500.00 we will charge you an additional freight charge of 10%.
This policy doesn’t include drop shipments to residents. Shipments not being delivered to a loading dock or a non-forklift customer will incur additional charges for lift gate equipment. There will be an additional charge for both inside deliveries and residential deliveries.
It is the customer’s responsibility to note any damages on the delivery receipt. Any and all claims must be reported to Meadow Decor Inc. within 48 hours of delivery, whether shipping damage, or manufacturers defect. Pictures must be provided for all claims or replacements. No exceptions!!
3rd Party Carriers / Will Calls
If you use your own carrier and or will call your order, Meadow Decor Inc. will give you an additional discount based on your zone. No minimum order required. Please note No discounts on Cushions will be given!!
ZONE 1 will qualify for a discount of 9%, FOB zone 1 pricing, excludes cushions.
California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Idaho, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, Montana, Wyoming, and New Mexico.
ZONE 2 will qualify for a discount of 15%, FOB zone 2 pricing, excludes cushions.
Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Missouri, Louisiana, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota.
ZONE 3 will qualify for a discount of 20%, FOB zone 3 pricing, excludes cushions.
Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Georgia, Florida, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, West Virginia, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maryland, Dist. Of Columbia, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.
1) For container orders, we ship direct from Shanghai or Ningbo, China, to your designated locations.
2) For west coast customer, we ship from Ontario, California.
